Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rovairo’s travel discovery, search and planning tools.

1. Rovairo’s role

Rovairo helps you discover destinations, search travel options and generate planning ideas. It is not an airline, hotel, travel agent, tour operator or booking provider. Rovairo does not issue tickets, take booking payments or manage reservations.

2. Third-party travel providers

Flight searches may open Travelpayouts or another travel partner. Hotel offers may be supplied by Agoda. A booking is completed directly with the provider shown at checkout, and that provider’s terms, privacy policy, payment rules, cancellation policy and support process apply.

3. Prices, availability and travel information

Prices, availability, exchange rates, schedules and travel requirements can change. Search results and planning estimates are not offers, reservations or guarantees. Check the final price, inclusions, conditions, entry requirements and official travel advice before booking or travelling.

4. AI planning

Rovairo’s AI-generated destination ideas, itineraries and budgets are for general planning support. They can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking important information with official sources and the relevant provider.

5. Acceptable use

Use Rovairo lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, impersonate others or post unlawful, infringing or abusive Community content.

6. Intellectual property

Rovairo’s branding, design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal travel planning. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit Rovairo materials without permission, except where the law allows it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rovairo is not liable for third-party bookings, provider actions, inaccurate or unavailable travel information, itinerary changes, travel disruption, losses arising from your use of the service, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Rovairo changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
