Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you browse Rovairo, use travel search, create a plan or participate in Community features.

1. Information you provide

When you use the AI Planner, Rovairo processes the departure location, destination preferences, dates, budget, traveler count, travel style and selected option you submit. Do not enter passport details, payment information or other sensitive personal information in planning fields.

2. Community and account information

Community features use Supabase. If you create an account or sign in, Supabase processes the account information and session needed for authentication. Community posts, comments, profile details and saved trips you choose to create may be stored in Supabase and can be visible according to the feature’s settings. Do not publish information you would not want others to see.

3. How Rovairo uses information

We use submitted travel details to provide destination suggestions and itineraries, authenticate Community users, show and manage the content you create, maintain the service and respond to service issues.

4. Service providers and sharing

Rovairo is hosted through Cloudflare. AI planning requests are sent from Rovairo’s server to OpenAI to generate a response. Flight search can direct you to Travelpayouts or its partners, and hotel offers can be supplied by Agoda. When you use Community features, your browser connects to Supabase. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. A third-party booking provider receives the information needed for a search or booking after you leave Rovairo.

5. Browser storage

Supabase authentication is configured to persist a session in browser storage. The Before You Go checklist stores its checklist choices locally in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for more detail. Removing browser storage can sign you out or reset saved preferences.

6. Retention

AI planning requests are processed to provide the requested response; Rovairo’s server does not create a separate trip-planning database for them. Provider logs and retention may still apply. Account and Community content can remain in Supabase until it is removed under the applicable product controls or service rules.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Manage Community content through the product where available, and use Rovairo’s published contact channel for privacy requests when one is provided.

8. International processing

Rovairo and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Review the applicable provider policies for details about their processing locations and safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Rovairo changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
